ACTIVE MEMBER APPLICATION
Download, print, and fill out this form if you would like to become an Active Member. This level of membership is mandatory if you hold a Federal Basic Importer’s Permit, whether or not you are actively importing. ASSOCIATE MEMBERS receive all services offered by the association.
